Good teaching involves meeting students where they are and taking them where they need to go. This approach is at the heart of my studio, whether I’m working with a young beginner or an advanced student.

Music adds beauty to life and fills our innate need to create and express. Mastering an instrument, however, doesn’t come quickly - it’s a process of skill acquisition and character development. My goal as a teacher is not necessarily to produce professional musicians, but rather to nurture a love of music, a love of learning, and the confidence to apply the skills learned in violin lessons to any area of life.
